  • Use of the Garden Gazebo for a civil ceremony (subject to weather conditions – if the weather is unkind this can be moved to the Millennium Suite), exclusive landscaped grounds, the magnificent marquee for your wedding breakfast and stunning Library & Boardroom for use throughout your day.
  • Indulge yourself on the terrace and beautifully manicured lawns by enjoying a glass of Bollinger Champagne and Pimms Cocktail served with a selection of delicious canapés. (One glass of each per person)
  • Whilst enjoying your aperitif listen to the classic sounds of our jazz duo.
  • Exclusively designed five course sit down meal in the beautiful marquee. Enjoy this mouth-watering menu while listening to the delectable sounds of our Jazz musicians.
  • Chair covers in white, ivory or black with a sash of your choice.
  • The wedding breakfast will be served with the following:
    Macon-Villages, Beauvernon, Thorin - A classic style, pale yellow with flowery, apple aromas, a strikingly fruity taste and a refreshing acidity or Pouilly-Fuisse Les Ancolies, E. Lorin et Fils A steely, dry yet rich white Burgundy from this most prestigious of the Maconnais vineyards. Chateau Montcabrier, Bordeaux Superieur 2006/7 - A supple Merlot-dominated Claret, with a rich smoky bouquet and elegant soft fruit on the palate or Chateauneuf du pape Top class example from this single domaine. Rich, dark, full-bodied and spicy. (2 bottles of white and 1 red per table – tables up to 10 people)
  • For the toast enjoy a glass of Dom Perignon Champagne Intensely floral, with perfumed jasmine that dominates the bouquet. With time in the glass the wine gains richness as the flavors turn decidedly riper and almost tropical. Ripe apricots, passion fruit and peaches emerge from this flashy, opulent Dom Perignon
  • A delicious evening buffet for the evening (Based on your daytime numbers)
  • Our resident DJ will get the party going in true style in the Marquee
  • A beautifully designed premier room for the bride and groom for the night of the wedding and breakfast the next day – served in our restaurant or to your room
  • A mini treatment for the bride and groom in our exclusive spa before departing for the honeymoon (Please book in advance, spaces are limited), with our compliments.
