A fun, low impact class involving your core muscles.

Ancient form of exercise focussing on strength, flexibility & breathing.

HITT

Classes which focus on high intensity workouts broken down into smaller intervals

Insanity

An all over body intense 30 minute work out.

Pilates

A toning and relaxation class which concentrates on core stability and strength.

Legs Bums & Tums

A toning class, held in our studio, which aims to focus on those ‘problem’ areas!
